No word on what caused an accident in Center Township Wednesday afternoon that left a vehicle in a ditch.
According to police, 53-year-old Patricia English, of Butler, lost control of her car while on Duffy Road just before 2pm. She was traveling around a bend in the road near Harley Lane at the time of accident. The vehicle struck a ditch, kept moving, and then hit a traffic sign and mailbox before stopping.
English was not hurt. Her vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
Assisting on the scene was Butler Ambulance.
