The average price for a gallon of regular, unleaded, self-serve in Butler actually dropped a cent- now averaging at $3.14.
Regionally, prices are sitting at $3.12.
AAA says for drivers in coastal parts of North Carolina and Virginia, fuel availability post Florence is a concern. The positive news is that Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regional gasoline inventories remain high, which means the region could assist with resupply in the hurricane-impacted area.
