Western Pennsylvania gas prices have increased by a nickel in the past week, averaging $2.42 per gallon, according to AAA.
The average price for a gallon of gas in Butler is even higher at $2.45.
AAA says gas prices have increased across the country for 14 days in a row. Drivers are paying an average of 20 cents more than they were this time last year.
