Drivers are paying more money at the pump this week.
According to AAA, the average price of a gallon of regular, unleaded, self-serve in the region is up eight cents to $2.49. The average price in Butler County is also $2.49.
AAA says this is the most drivers have been paying for gas all year but remind us that despite continuous increases over the past several weeks, drivers are on target to pay the lowest prices for the Memorial Day holiday since 2005.
