Gas prices have continued to decrease over the last few weeks.
According to AAA East Central’s weekly gas report, the average price for a gallon of gas in western Pennsylvania is $2.57. That’s down four cents from last week.
In Butler, the average price is $2.60 per gallon.
Drivers are still paying significantly higher prices this week compared to the same time last year. AAA say prices dropped below $2 per gallon during the first week of February in 2016.
