The Allegheny-Clarion Valley School District has extended its current school year to make up for the five days missed due to problems with water service.
The last day of classes for A-C Valley students was supposed to be May 31, but has now been extended until June 5.
Students will also now have school on Jan. 2 and April 18. Click here to view the new calendar.
A-C Valley started its school year on Aug. 29 but the district was then forced to cancel the next five consecutive school days due to water service problems caused by leaks in Foxburg Water and Sewer Authority lines.
