The Butler County Family YMCA will host its annual Good Friday Breakfast to kick-off the Easter weekend.
This will be the 69th year for the event, which will begin at 8 a.m. inside the Butler YMCA on North Washington Street in the city of Butler. This is a new time for the event this year; it used to begin at 7 a.m.
This is a nondenominational, faith-based gathering which includes prayer, hymns and Scripture readings. There will be a buffet-style breakfast.
And- there will be a featured speaker. Nick Sasala who is a pastor and familiar face at the Rose E. Schneider Family YMCA in Cranberry as he is the membership director.
Seating for this event is not reserved. Tickets are available at door. It’ $5 for adults and $2 for kids 12 and younger.
