No one was injured when a home in Mars went up in flames on Tuesday.
Firefighters from six companies battled the flames at a two-story home on Anderson Avenue, near Beaver Street, for several hours. There were people home when the fire started, but they were able to escape safely.
The cause of the fire is unclear. What was left of the home following the fire was set to be demolished last night due to safety reasons.
