Two Kittanning teenagers were not hurt after their car hit a black bear.
According to Kittanning based State Police, the two were driving westbound on Route 85, near Greendale Road in Valley Township, Armstrong County when the animal walked on the road.
The incident happened around 7am this morning (10/2). The driver was able to get the vehicle stopped after the bear was hit.
