The secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources will be at Jennings Environmental Center near Slippery Rock on Saturday to discuss park infrastructure needs.
Cindy Dunn will be joined by other state park officials to formally unveil plans and displays concerning how the state plans to address much-needed issues at parks across the commonwealth.
The statewide plan is called ‘Restore Pennsylvania’ and it was set up to aggressively address the state’s vital infrastructure needs, according to officials.
Saturday’s program begins at 11 a.m. at Jennings on Prospect Road.
