Police are looking for the driver involved in a Sunday afternoon crash that seriously hurt one person.
Authorities say 71-year-old Sondra Smith of Florida was flown by medical helicopter to a Pittsburgh hospital following the three-vehicle crash on Route 19 in Muddy Creek Township.
Smith was a passenger in a vehicle that was traveling northbound on Route 19 near Moraine Drive when it was it head-on following a chain reaction crash.
The driver that police say caused the crash fled the scene northbound on Route 19. Authorities are now looking for the driver of an older style red Dodge Caravan.
Two others involved sustained minor injuries.
