The Butler County Tourism & Convention Bureau is helping visitors- and residents- get around Butler County.
The bureau has launched VisitWidget, which is an interactive digital mapping tool that aims to help visitors and residents plan the perfect day in the county.
The tool can be accessed through an app on your phone or on the computer and will highlight upcoming events, popular restaurants, shopping and other attractions. Users will be able to digitally map out their own itinerary and share their plans via email, text or social media.
“The majority of people use their phones to access just about everything, and VisitWidget will give users a streamlined approach of exploring all that Butler County has to offer,” according to the tourism bureau.
The interactive planning tool is accessible via the tourism bureau’s new mobile app, Visit Butler County, or by visiting butlercounty.visitwidget.com.
