The New Castle Street Bridge in Butler City will soon be ready to use.
At Thursday’s Butler City Council meeting, officials said the final inspection of the bridge is scheduled for Friday. If all looks good, an official opening will happen next week.
The project was made possible through a large state grant. There was a local match.
Butler Mayor Tom Donaldson and Councilman Rick Schontz will be guests on Dave Malarkey’s ‘It’s Your Turn’ talk show at 12:30 p.m. Friday on WISR 680AM.
