A bridge replacement project is underway in Butler Township.
PennDOT says Henricks Road (Route 1016) closed Monday for the replacement of the bridge carrying Henricks over the Connoquenessing Creek.
A posted detour is in place using Route 38, Route 422, Route 8 and Route 308.
The new bridge is expected to open to traffic by the end of May 2016.
