VA Butler Healthcare will relocate its three community outpatient clinics.
The centers in Armstrong County, Clarion County and Cranberry Township in Butler County will be relocated and enhanced through a partnership with Valor Healthcare.
The new Cranberry center will open Nov. 2 at 900 Commonwealth Drive. The Armstrong County center in Kittanning will open Thursday (Sept. 17). The Clarion County center will open later this month (Sept. 28) in Monroe Township.
The new clinics offer veterans a coordination of care by a primary care provider, physical exams, outpatient medical care and preventive services.
