County-owned Alameda Waterpark in Butler Township will remain open for one more week before closing for the season.
The recently renovated park opened several weeks late this year due to construction delays. Over $1.3 million was put into the facility, including the addition of a new children’s area with a splash pad and zero entry pool, and two new water slides.
The park will be open from noon until 7 p.m. daily through Labor Day (Monday, September 7).
