A Pennsylvania bakery has issued a recall of some of its bread but none of it was sold in the state.
Bimbo Bakery in Montgomery County, eastern PA issued the voluntary recall of some Sara Lee, Kroger, Nature’s Harvest, Great Value, and L’Oven Fresh brands due to the possibility of broken glass. According to the bakery, a light bulb broke and there have been three reports of small pieces of glass on the outside of bread.
The breads were sold in Ohio and West Virginia as well as Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Florida.
The company is offering a full refund of any product that has been recalled. Bimbo can be reached at 1-800-984-0989.
