An Adams Township man is recovering after police say he was shot by his father.
Adams Township police responded to the scene of a domestic dispute early Monday morning in the 100 block of Cashdollar Road between 57-year-old Frank Strutz and 27-year-old Steve Strutz.
According to police, the older Strutz admitted to accidentally shooting his son in the foot. Police recovered three guns from the scene and both men admitted to drinking.
Frank Strutz faces charges including aggravated assault, simple assault, and reckless endangerment.
