It is expected to still be breezy on Monday, but not nearly as windy as it was on Sunday.
The Wind Advisory expired at 7 a.m. Monday, and forecasters with the National Weather Service said winds will die down as the morning progresses.
However, sustained winds of 18 to 24 miles per hour, and gusts as high as 45 miles per hour, are still expected.
By Tuesday, the wind will reduce to 7 miles per hour.
Several thousand power outages are still being reported by West Penn and Central Electric Cooperative on Monday morning, and several roads are blocked due to downed trees and power lines.
