Tickets are still available to taste the dishes of some of Butler County’s most notable men.
The third annual ‘Men Who Cook’ dinner dance event will be held Saturday beginning at 6 p.m. at the Butler Vagabonds Center in Lyndora.
Local businessmen and community leaders will serve up homemade specialties including appetizers, entrees, side dishes and desserts…all in an effort to with the “Golden Fork.” Attendees will sample each dish and then vote for their favorite.
Cooks will include Butler County Commissioner Kevin Boozel, BC3 President Dr. Nick Neupauer, Butler Township Manager Tom Knights, and retired Moniteau Superintendent Mike Panza.
Tickets are available online. Fundraising proceeds from the event will benefit the St. Vincent de Paul food bank and attendees are asked to bring a non-perishable donation.
