A man from East Brady was killed late Wednesday in a vehicle crash in Brady’s Bend Township, Armstrong County.
Kevin Bowser, 27, was pronounced dead on scene following the crash, which happened just before midnight.
According to State Police, Bowser was traveling north on Seybertown Road at an “unsafe speed” due to the snow and ice on the road.
Bowser lost control of his Jeep Compass, skidded the car against the guiderail, and then his car went airborne and crashed into a tree.
Bowser was a volunteer firefighter working with the Bruin Volunteer Fire Department. The department posted a tribute to Bowser on their social media pages Thursday morning.
