The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series will get this week’s schedule started early with Wednesday night’s University of Northwestern Ohio 200 at Bristol Motor Speedway. Brad Keselowski won last year’s race but is not entered this time around. Points leader Tyler Reddick carries an eight-point advantage over Matt Crafton to “Thunder Valley.” Rookie Erik Jones is third, just nine points off the pace.
With two wins in his last three starts, Matt Kenseth will head to Bristol Motor Speedway with his sights set squarely on a season sweep on the lightning-fast half-mile oval. Kenseth was victorious in this year’s first visit back on April 19th. The last driver to win both Cup Series races at Bristol in a single season was Kyle Busch in 2009. Kenseth and Busch, now teammates at Joe Gibbs Racing, are among forty-six drivers entered for the fourth short-track race of the season.
