The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed kicker Garrett Hartley to replace the injured Shaun Suisham. Hartley’s best season was with the New Orleans Saints when they won the Super Bowl in 2009. Hartley has never missed a field goal in post-season play. He was cut by the Saints in 2013. Hartley will handle the kicking duties beginning Friday at Jacksonville. The Steelers also held tryouts for kickers Jay Feely and Alex Henery Tuesday.
