Brad Paisley is next up to serve as mentor to Blake Shelton‘s team on the new season of The Voice. Us Weekly reports the other mentors will be Selena Gomez for Gwen Stefani‘s team,John Fogerty for Adam Levine‘s team, and Missy Elliott for Pharrell Williams‘ team.
A source told the magazine, “Brad was a good friend to Blake, and it was great for Blake to have him there — especially considering everything Blake is going through.”
Previous mentors on Blake’s team include Miranda Lambert, The Band Perry, Reba and Kelly Clarkson.
The new season of The Voice returns to NBC on September 21st at 8 p.m. ET.
