Pine Richland high school graduate Mike Van Sickle won his second West Penn Open Wednesday following a final round 69. He won the 111th annual event by four strokes over Butler Country Club professional Rob McClellan. Van Sickle finished at 9-under 204 for the three day tournament. He is continuing play on the Canadian PGA Tour this season, where he has made five cuts and even had the lead in a tournament last weekend. McClellan finished at 5-under par following a 72 Wednesday.
