Mike Van Sickle holds a one-shot lead entering the final round of the 111th annual West Penn Open today at Westmoreland Country Club. Van Sickle has shot rounds of 67 and 68 to sit atop the leaderboard at 7-under. Butler Country Club pro Rob McClellan is one shot back. McClellan opened with a first-round 66, but shot a 70 Tuesday.
