The USGA has announced western Pennsylvania’s Arnold Palmer along with Jack Nicklaus will serve as honorary co-chairs of the 2016 U.S. Open being held at Oakmont Country Club next June. It will be the ninth time Oakmont has hosted one of golf’s majors in the 116-year history of the tournament.
