Several local lawmakers have weighed in on the latest version of the state budget.
State Representative Brian Ellis of the 11th District was one of the lawmakers who voted in favor of a $30.18 billion budget on Saturday.
Another vote in favor of the proposal came from 8th District representative Tedd Nesbit.
State representative Jaret Gibbons voted against the budget, saying he hopes a compromise can be reached with the budget proposal made by Governor Tom Wolf.
The deadline to pass a state budget is Tuesday at midnight.
