The Pittsburgh Penguins snapped their six game winning streak on Saturday night, as they fell on the road to the Florida Panthers by a final of 6-5.
The Pens trailed for most of the game, but were able to tie the score at five late in the third period before the Panther’s late goal. Evgeni Malkin led the Penguins offensively, as he finished with two goals and one assist. Carl Hagelin, Brian Rust, and Patric Hornqvist also scored in Saturday’s game.
Up next for the Penguins are the New Jersey Devils, who travel to Pittsburgh for a Tuesday night game. You can catch all of the action, starting with pregame coverage at 6:30pm on WISR 680AM. Faceoff is set for 7pm.
