Water has been restored to several Butler businesses after a break Tuesday morning.
Pennsylvania American Water crews were sent to North Elm Street, near East Jefferson, about 8 a.m. for a water line break. Crews worked all morning on repairs and finished up in the early afternoon.
The break affected several surrounding businesses- including the APlus gas station and convenience store, Cammisa’s Autobody, L&L Glass, Louie’s Laundromats and the Grapevine Center.
Butler Transit had to re-route a bus on Route 3, asking riders traveling to and from the Grapevine Center to come to the corner of Elm and Jefferson streets to be picked up.
