It’s the one-year anniversary of the Catholic Charities Pregnancy and Parenting Support Center in Butler.
The center is located in the 800 block of East Brady Street. Services are provided to expectant or birth moms and fathers, and parents of children ages 2 and younger, including:
-pregnancy and parenting education
-childcare resources
-clothing, formula, baby food
-non-judgmental counseling
An open house will be held at the center today from 10am to 2 pm for people to see the facility, meet the staff and find out how they can get involved or help.
Catholic Charities is the primary social service agency of the Diocese of Pittsburgh, serving the community regardless of religious affiliation.
