A man from New Bethlehem, PA is facing multiple charges including rape following several incidents over a period of time.
According to the police report, 19-year-old Grant Rupp is accused sexually assaulting a 12-year-old female on four separate occasions spanning from March 24, 2017 – May 19, 2017. A warrant was issued for his arrest and he was located at a residence in the Tionesta area of Clarion County. Rupp is being held in the Armstrong County Jail after failing to post $50,000 bond.
He is charged with two counts of rape, four counts of Statutory sexual assault, 12 counts of aggravated indecent assault along with multiple other charges.
