Drivers in the Cranberry Area should pay particular attention to residential speed limits starting today.
Cranberry’s Drive 25 Campaign is designed to raise awareness of 25-mile-per-hour speed limits as school ends and traffic on neighborhood roadways increases.
Yard signs and electronic speed monitors will go up in 29 neighborhoods in the area along with increased police patrols. The Cranberry Township Community Chest is helping to pay for the costs of the campaign.
A second Drive 25 Campaign will be held the week of September 5th as Seneca Valley goes back in session later than usual this fall.
