His record dropped to 1-3 with a 5.81 ERA. The Pirates had only five hits in the game, three by Josh Harrison and two by Francisco Cervelli. Cervelli hit a two-run home run in the ninth inning for the Pirates only runs.
The Bucs move on to Arizona to begin a four-game series tonight. Gerrit Cole goes to the mound for the Pirates. First pitch is 9:40pm. Pre-game is 9:15pm on WISR 680am.
