Pennsylvania’s lieutenant governor publicly addressed some serious allegations Wednesday.
Lieutenant Gov. Mike Stack faced the media to answer questions about allegations detailed in an Inspector General’s investigation over his alleged conduct with those assigned to him.
Stack is accused of berating staff members at his taxpayer-owned residence and making unreasonable demands of his security detail during transport.
On Wednesday, Stack denied that he and his wfie Tanya have been overtly abusive with employees, but he does admit to speaking “out of turn” in times of frustration.
“I’ve got to be better at not just ‘speaking off the cuff’ when I am frustrated or angry,” Stack said.
Governor Tom Wolf ordered the Office of Inspector General to launch an investigation of the allegations, but Stack says he hasn’t spoken to the governor in “a few weeks.”
