The Mars Area Public Library will be host an event later this week that will give participants the unique opportunity to watch and learn about the soap making process.
On Wednesday, April 12th, anyone aged 18 and over is invited to the library for a live demonstration on how natural, handmade soap is created. Participants will also learn about the history and products that go into soap. There will also be an opportunity for participants to purchase products, with 20% of sales being donated back to the library.
The free event will begin at 6pm on Wednesday, and run until 7:30pm. Registration is required. For more details, or to register, call the Mars Area Library at 724-625-9048.
