The NCAA Final Four is down to two teams in both men’s and women’s basketball.
In the women’s tournament, Mississippi State and South Carolina will square off in the championship game, which is set for Sunday at 6pm. In Friday’s Final Four games, Missisippi State upset UConn’s in overtime 66-64, which also broke UConn’s 111 game winning streak. As for Friday’s second match up, South Carolina beat Stanford 62-53.
As for the men’s side, North Carolina and Gonzaga will square off for the men’s championship. Gonzaga beat South Carolina on Saturday night 77-73, and North Carolina squeaked by Oregon 77-76. Roy Williams, head coach for North Carolina, will be coaching in his 100th career tournament game in Monday’s championship game.
