As we reported earlier in the week – the Portersville Christian boys basketball team won the Southwest Christian Athletic Conference championship last Saturday with a 55-45 victory over Cheswick Christian. The game was played at Geneva College.
–In the girls championship game – Aquinas Academy defeated the Portersville Christian girls 44-27.
–The junior high boys lost to Central Prep 32-16, the junior high girls won against Central 13-11
This is the first time in history that all four of Portersville Christian School’s basketball teams have gone on to the Championships in the same year.
The Varsity boys are officially back-to-back SWCAC League Champions and back-to-back Tri-County Division Champions. For the first time in school history, the Portersville Christian boys have made three consecutive appearances in the SWCAC Championships and the first back-to-back championship for the varsity boys.
