At least one person has been injured as a result of two accidents Tuesday afternoon on Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center around 2:30 for a crash near mile marker 93 southbound.
Units from Harmony Fire District and Portersville were among those responding to find two vehicles involved including one that was flipped over with a person entrapped. A second crash was discovered near the first but it is not believed that anyone was hurt in that crash.
The cause of the crashes and the conditions of those involved are unknown at this time.
