The McCalmont Road Bridge in Butler Township will be replaced next month.
Construction is expected to begin the week of March 6 and continue for about a month. Drivers will be detoured to Meridian Road, Renfrew Road and then onto Route 8.
The bridge carries McCalmont Road over the Connoquenessing Creek.
The project is one out of 558 bridges being replaced statewide as part of the Rapid Bridge Replacement Project.
