The founder of a doughnut shop chain- that has a location in Butler County- faces sentencing in federal court for underreporting his income and then hiding the business from bankruptcy proceedings.
Ronald Razete- the founder of Peace, Love and Little Donuts- pleaded guilty in June and has already agreed to repay more than $40,000 to the IRS.
Prosecutors allege Razete reported his gross income for 2010 as just over $16,000 when he really earned more than $194,000.
