No one was hurt in a three-vehicle crash in Slippery Rock Township on Wednesday.
Police say the crash happened at 6 p.m. at the intersection of Branchton and Harmony roads.
Tariq Miller, 18, of Pittsburgh was allegedly under the influence of a controlled substance and caused the crash.
Charges are pending.
State Police investigated.
