Two people are in Butler County Prison on multiple charges relating to a theft from the Walmart at Butler Commons earlier this week.
According to Butler Township Police, 27-year-old Michael Kominsky and 28-year-old Brittany Souders, currently homeless in the Butler area, attempted to walk out without paying for electronics last Monday afternoon.
They allegedly ran from the scene but were found in the city of Butler a short time later.
Kominsky was also charged with receiving stolen property and access device fraud when he was found with a stolen personal check. Additionally, Kominsky was found to be in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
