Thanksgiving is tomorrow, meaning the majority of us will be sitting down to a feast to commemorate the holiday.
According to a WalletHub survey, the average number of calories consumed on Thanksgiving, per person, is 4,500. It would take the average American male 10 hours and 41 minutes on a treadmill to burn that off.
In terms of what Americans like the most on their Thanksgiving plates: 39 percent say turkey is their favorite dish, 23 percent say stuffing, followed by 12 percent for pumpkin pie, 9 percent for mashed potatoes, 6 percent for sweet potatoes and 3 percent for cranberry sauce.
The survey suggests 22 percent of Americans include pets in the festivities and 7 percent plan to dress up for Thanksgiving dinner.
