The Chicago Cubs have sent baseball’s World Series back to Cleveland for a game six Tuesday following a 3-2 victory last night at Wrigley Field. Cubs starting pitcher Jon Lester allowed two runs over six innings and Cubs closer Aroldis Chapman held the Indians scoreless over the final eight outs for the save. Cleveland leads the series 3-2.
The Pittsburgh Pirates completed the re-organization of Clint Hurdle’s coaching staff over the weekend. Kimera Bartee has been promoted to first base coach and former catcher Tom Prince will now serve as Hurdle’s bench coach. Previously, Joey Cora was announced as the new third base coach.
