Karns City completed a perfect regular season with a 7-0 win over Forest Area. Spenser Myers had a hat trick for the Gremlins, improving his single-season school-record goal total to 58. Jace Ebbitt added two goals. The Gremlins finish the regular season 18-0.

Girls Soccer:
Karns City-8 Punxsutawney-0. Megan McCartney had a hat trick for the undefeated Gremlins. Kaylee Smith added two goals.

Girls Tennis:
Two Butler doubles teams competed in their section championship Tuesday. The #1-double team of Sydney Hanratty and Jenna Kunst fell in the first round 10-3 to Hampton’s #1-doubles team. Butler’s #2-doubles team of Jill Ford and Mercedes Belch topped Shaler 10-3 in the first round, but fell 10-2 to Mars.
Girls Volleyball:
Seneca Valley-3 Butler-1. (25-15, 21-25, 25-14, 25-18).

Leading the way for Butler: Erin Fullerton had nine kills, two blocks and seven digs. Julia Gibson had seven kills and one block, Emily Archer had six kills, three blocks and 12 digs. Caitlyn Martin had six kills, two blocks and 13 digs. Butler completes their season Thursday at Franklin Regional.
