An investigation continues into what caused a fire late last week at a home in Portersville.
The fire started about 11 a.m. Friday at a home on Alben Road.
Authorities say they determined the blaze started in the second floor attic space but they aren’t sure what caused it.
No one was hurt. Damage is estimated at roughly $50,000.
The State Police Fire Marshal at the Butler barracks is investigating.
