A man who pled guilty to murder in Lawrence County has now pled to charges in Butler.
In March, 39-year-old Shane McDevitt pled guilty to third degree murder for killing his mother 65-year old Cecilia Liposky in May 2022 in Neshannock Township. He will serve 20 to 40 years for that crime.
Yesterday, McDevitt pled guilty to the traffic violations he committed while attempting to elude police after the murder.
He pled guilty to fleeing and attempting to elude an officer and a DUI.
He faces over 50 years in prison for the murder of his mother.
