
Four people have been charged with a burglary in Venango Township that happened earlier this week.
Police were called to the Oneida Valley Grocery Store Monday morning for an overnight burglary. After investigating, police say $500 in cash was stolen along with around $1,000 in groceries and lottery tickets.
It was then two days later when police were called back out to the same store for another robbery.
After an investigation, police found the suspects and the stolen items at a home in the 100 block of Hughes Road in Hilliards.
Police have charged 35-year-old Robert Pridgeon of Butler, 20-year-old Kevin Snow of Karns City, 50-year-old Scott Cummins of Butler, 32-year-old Boyd Pritts of Butler with Burglary and several other charges.
All but Snow was placed in the Butler County Prison on $100,000 bail.
