
The Pennsylvania Game Commission will hold their annual Waterfowl Briefing next month and the public is invited to contribute.
Before an online question-and-answer session about the proposed 2025-26 waterfowl hunting seasons and proposed regulations takes place Thursday, March 6th at 1 p.m. on the Game Commission’s Youtube channel, hunters and members of wildlife organizations are encouraged to submit questions and comments by mail or email.
For the 2025-26 seasons, there are two changes. The Atlantic Population Canada goose daily bag limit has been reduced from 3 to 1 bird during the regular season and for northern pintail, there will be a flat daily bag limit of 3. Additional information will then be posted to the Game Commission’s website and can be viewed before the briefing begins as well as after.
